Rooftop Car Park Waterproofing System

DELTA Coatings International recently completed a rooftop car park protection project in Bahrain using a seamless, heavy-duty waterproofing and traffic deck system. Rooftop car parks are exposed to harsh environmental conditions, including UV exposure, rainwater and continuous vehicle traffic. The system was designed to provide long-term waterproofing performance while delivering a durable and visually attractive traffic-grade finish.

The coating system included:

• Spray application of DELTAShield HP 400 Pure Polyurea at 2 mm thickness
• Fully bonded and joint-free waterproofing membrane
• DELTAShield TC 100 aliphatic polyurethane UV-stable topcoat
• Slip-resistant and traffic-grade surface finish
• Clear bay marking capability
• Protection against water ingress and chloride attack
