FIVE HOTELS HVC, 260 CANTILEVER PRIVATE POOLS

260 swimming pools and Jacuzzis(spread over 60 floors) were specified with 3 mm thickness of DELTAShield HP 400 as an underlay waterproofing. A very challenging project in terms of application, logistics and completion schedules for the 60 floor tower. Portable Graco E 10 HP spray reactors had to be moved floor to floor to carry out the applications.

The concrete surface was first prepared with DELTAPrime 2K SF Primer and DELTAPrime Filler.

DELTAPrime 2K SD was applied immediately after the Pure Polyurea membrane application for the proper bonding and adhesion of the tiling grout.
