Description

  • Repairing leaks in roofs?
  • Fixing cracks in existing coatings?
  • Need a durable, quick fix crack repairer?
  • Here is your answer to repairing any crack or leak…

DELTAShield PROSeal is a hand applied, cold cured Polyurea waterproofing membrane with very rapid cure times and excellent elongation.

This dynamic product provides significant application advantages due to its speed of cure and rain resistance. It can be walked on in minutes eliminating physical damage risk from follow on trades or clean-up activities.

PROSeal is a two component, moisture tolerant, easy to apply, flexible, seamless, waterproofing solution for a wide range of waterproofing applications. Its exceptional physical characteristics allow for very thin dry film thicknesses resulting in less material consumption than traditional 1K moisture cured polyurethanes.

BENEFITS:

  • No expensive spray equipment required
  • Rapid 30-minute drying time
  • Quick one coat application achieves required DFT.
  • No reinforcing mesh or fibers necessary
  • Highly durable
  • Excellent physical characteristics
  • Superior thermal stability in extreme climatic conditions

Conveniently applied using a hand roller, this product is a moisture tolerant, flexible, and seamless waterproofing solution for a wide range of waterproofing applications, such as touch-ups and quick repairs on existing properties, through to major residential and commercial new-build projects.

Another significant advantage of PROSeal over traditional liquid applied waterproofing membranes is that the product does not require reinforcing mesh or other additional strengthening products, decreasing application times and labor costs.

IDEAL FOR:

  • Facilities Management companies
  • Property maintenance providers
  • Construction contractors
  • Waterproofing companies
  • Snagging service providers

Common applications encompass waterproofing for rooftops, terraces, planter boxes and balconies, with additional utility in the form of overcoating of pre-existing waterproofing acrylics, bitumen and asphalt membranes, EPDM and PVC membranes. Furthermore, the range of uses extend to waterproofing in all general construction, beneath rooftops, wet areas beneath tiled surfaces, and the remediation of mechanical damage incurred by hot sprayed Polyurea lining systems.

Simply mix, pour and spread.
