For DUCON's expansion and RnD project, they required to manufacture innovative green concrete and the concrete baking ovens had to be protective and sustain high temperatures of heat(100°C).
For protection of the concrete walls and entire encapsulation DELTAShield HP 400 Pure Polyurea elastomer was used for internal lning @ 4mm thickness.
DELTAShield HP 400 can sustain temperatures of -40 up to +150°C.
