Summary
Horse pools require a unique system for coating of the pool floors and walls; to ensure a soft surface is provided for cushioning the horse kicks and leg damage. DELTAShield HP 400 has been spray applied over various horse pools; directly over the concrete surface or on SBR covered surfaces. DELTAShield HP 400 also has excellent tensile strength and tear growth resistance to absorb the horse kicks underwater and not result in puncturing the coating. An aliphatic top coat can also be applied using DELTAShield TC 100 depending on the clients requirements of color stability.
