Cleanliness and hygiene are most crucial for an industrial kitchen. Al Attiq food company had their license put on hold by the municipal corporation, after carrying out the annual factory inspection. The client had to immediately find a rapid coating solution for the 10 year old washing bay area.

DELTAShield Hybrid 500 is a zero VOC, 10 second curing, elastomeric, seamless, antiskid coating with hardness of shore 40D and 500% elongation. The applicator carried out the surface preparation works, applied DELTAPrime 2K SF Primer. After the 30 minute curing of the solvent free epoxy primer; DELTAShield Hybrid 500 was hot spray applied using a portable Graco E10 HP plural component machine @ 2mm thickness. The  project took two days to complete.
