The prominent but old building of Mei Foo Sun Chuen required reroofing works on 9 of its roofs. Located directly on the harbor area, they required a strong UV resistant waterproofing system that would not degrade with salt corrosion from the atmosphere.
The client wanted a seemless, fully bonded system on top of the existing tiles that would also waterproof the roof without the removal of the MEP fittings.Techway Green Technology Ltd. was appointed for the REROOFING PROJECT
DELTAShield HP 400 Pure Polyurea and DELTAPrime 2K SF Primer were used for the entire roof application.
