Al Rawabi Dairy Farm’s new logistic center flooring required concrete protection from the use of forklifts and against spillage of dairy products. Various parts of the facility were being maintained at 0 °C.

DELTA products were chosen for the following characteristics:

• Temperature Tolerance: DELTAShield Hybrid 500 can withstand -10 °C to +120 °C.
• Tensile Strength: ≥ 25 Mpa.
• Elongation at Break: 450 to 500 %.
• Hardness: 45 Shore D.
• Tear Growth Resistance: ≥ 45 N/mm

With the above tests results the client was convinced DELTAShield Hybrid 500 was the appropriate product to sustain five-ton forklift traffic and spillage of chemicals.
