Gardenia town homes were specified with DELTAShield HP 400 for waterproofing on top of the insulation boards and foam concrete roof slabs. Being UV stable the Pure Polyurea elastomer was left exposed to direct sunlight and until today has sustained no leaks or damages to the liner; keeping the residents happy with the waterproofing.
